 Contact your U.S Senator and urge them to support  

H.R. 2830

 Section 719.  Seamen’s Shore Side Access

Each facility security plan approved under section 70103 (3) of title 46, United Sates Code, shall provide a system for seamen assigned to a vessel at that facility, pilots, and representatives of seaman’s welfare and labor organizations to board and depart the vessel through the facility in a timely manner at no cost to the individual.

Send an email to your Senator urging support of H.R. 2830

 Crew changes and/or grub shopping should not be hindered by the cost of access through an oil terminal.

Please submit the name of the facility and its location. We will submit a report to the Coast Guard.
